Information you provide. When you join the Bumper waitlist, we collect your phone number, your email address if you choose to provide one, and a record of the marketing communications consent you gave, including the date and time it was given.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and service providers may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate and secure the website.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for health information, payment information, or government identifiers.

02How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Add you to the Bumper waitlist and manage that list;
• Send you the marketing and informational messages you consented to receive, including launch announcements, availability updates, offers, and other Bumper news;
• Respond to questions or requests you send us;

• Operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

03SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from Bumper, we use your phone number to send recurring marketing and informational messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Bumper text message, or reply HELP for help. We keep a record of your opt-out so that we can honor it.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to join the waitlist and is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information collected for the purpose of sending SMS messages is not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

04Service Providers

We share personal information with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, waitlist and email management, SMS delivery, and, if we add them in the future, analytics. These providers may process your information only as needed to provide services to us.

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, or contact us to ask that we access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

The website and the Bumper waitlist are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
